DeeDee, I am so glad you are writing this blog and recording Avery's Adventure. It's been just about a year since Christine had the surgery and I remember so well all the emotions that come with this journey. I told Christine that Avery will be having the surgery too and she is going to pray for her too, we all are. Just know that she will be fine and your little girl is in Gods hands, he will watch over her when you wait in the waiting room and Dr. Siebert is the best....Avery will love him and LuAnn too. You will have many blessings through this experience and the hospital and staff is wonderful. Make sure you and Greg get lots of rest and take care of yourselves prior to the big event. P.S. also make sure you take Avery to pet therapy and to the beauty shop...Oh, the bread pudding is awesome in the main cafeteria! I think of you all often and will reach out to you before you guys leave.
